Connected care, starting in Nigeria

Better tools for hospitals.
A connected story for every patient.

One hospital workflow, from registration and clinical care to pharmacy and billing.

For patients, MimeCore Health helps relevant history move between participating hospitals when you consent and the right people have access.

01 / The working product

The hospital day,
in one place.

From a person at the front desk to the invoice at the end of an encounter, each team works from the same care journey.

What your hospital gets

01

Care with its context

Clinical notes, diagnoses, prescriptions and results stay linked to the encounter and the facility that recorded them.

02

Pharmacy and accounts in the flow

Teams can work with stock and dispensing, then track invoices and payments alongside care. Invoice-based claim batches are part of the current system.

03

Access with accountability

Role-based permissions and audit trails help teams see the information they need and keep a record of access. Key workflows support offline entry and sync when connectivity returns.

04

A view for the patient

The patient portal lets people see their own care. Relevant history can be shared across participating hospitals with consent and appropriate access.

02 / Moving to MimeCore

A new system.
Your history comes with you.

Moving to MimeCore shouldn’t mean starting from scratch.

We can help import patient details, such as names, contact information and demographics, from your existing system.

For clinical history, we can preserve an export of your previous records as a read-only archive and help your team find information when it’s needed.

We’ll review your export together to agree what can be imported and what should remain in the archive.

03 / For hospital groups

One group.
Every branch in view.

Give group leaders a clear view across branches while each hospital team continues to work in its own branch. Standalone hospitals use the same system as a group of one.

Compare open visits, admissions and bed use in one group view, then look into a specific branch.

02

See what each branch has collected and what remains outstanding, with group totals in view.

03

Manage staff across the group

Assign staff to branches and roles, and review activity through a group-wide audit trail.

04 / For you, the patient

A new hospital.
Your story can come with you.

Your health record should follow you.

When you visit another participating hospital, you should not have to rebuild your history from memory. With your consent and appropriate access, your clinician can see relevant past diagnoses, prescribed medicines and allergies recorded during care.

You can also see your own care in the patient portal. Each record keeps the hospital that made it clear, so you know where your history came from.

05 / The reason we exist

We moved the cabinet
into a server.
The record stayed behind.

Making a file digital was only the first step.

Too often, a patient’s record still lives only in the hospital that created it. At the next hospital, the clinician must piece together history from memory, paper and tests that may already have been done.

We start with useful tools for the people recording care every day. Connected records can then give patients and clinicians a fuller picture when they need it.

06 / Where we’re going

Care happens once.
The information should, too.

Today, care is recorded in one system and re-entered into another. We’re building toward a future where the encounter can power what comes next.

THE FOUNDATION01

Connect the record

Hospital workflows, patient identity, structured encounters, and access to a connected history.

Our focus today
THE NEXT CONNECTION02

Connect the payer

Bring HMOs into the network for eligibility and authorization, then claims built from recorded care.

The direction ahead
THE LONGER VIEW03

Connect the system

Care-to-payment workflows and, with appropriate governance, privacy-preserving insights that help care improve.

Long-term vision
“I’m building MimeCore for a Nigeria where your health records belong to you and follow you into every hospital you walk into.”

I’ve been the patient without a full account of what happened. I’ve also worked inside a hospital and seen staff move the same information between systems by hand. Both experiences point to the same missing piece: infrastructure that connects care.

We start with the record. Then we build the network.

After the walkthrough

Explore a pilot
at your hospital.

Whether you run one hospital or several branches, a walkthrough starts the conversation. We can then shape a pilot around the work your team needs to assess.

01

See the workflow

Walk through registration, care, pharmacy and billing with the people who would use it.

02

Define the scope

Discuss the hospital or branch, the team and the workflows that matter most to you.

03

Review the fit

Agree what you need to learn from a pilot before deciding on the next step.
